Bridgette Wilson

If Bridgette Wilson is known for anything it is for her breakout film role in 1992 when she played Arnold Schwarzenegger's daughter in the blockbuster hit movie called Last Action Hero. This debut role in1993 established her as one the brightest young stars in young Hollywood.

Before her first big film role came along Bridgette Wilson made a big impression on America by winning Miss Teen USA. She was the contestant from Oregon. She was born in Gold Beach Oregon on September 25, 1973. It was her notoriety as a Miss Teen USA that helped her land that first role in Last Action Hero.

After the Last Action Hero the brown eyed, blonde haired beauty went on to be a soap star on the daytime soap opera Santa Barbara. However, her next big film role was playing Veronica Vaughan, the main squeeze of Adam Sandler in the movie Billy Madison (1995).

After that Bridgette Wilson was seen in many other films including Nixon (1995), Sweet Evil and Unhook the Stars in 1996. However, her career did not reach another apex until she starred as one of the many victims in the blockbuster horror film I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997). The last number one film she starred in was House on Haunted Hill (1999), which also starred Catherine Zeta Jones. Not as big at the box office was the comedy Just Visiting (2001), which did not impress audiences or critics.

Aside from being an actress, Bridgette Wilson is also a singer and songwriter, who has released two CDs: "I Only Want to Be With You" and "Gimme a Kiss."

Like many young Hollywood starlets Bridgette Wilson has also aligned herself with many different causes including several AIDS organizations, MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) and American Oceans.
